Selena Gomez has fallen victim to some embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions in the past and, unfortunately, her bestie Taylor Swift can empathize with her completely. In the grand scheme of things, the 25-year-old singer’s style mishaps are pretty tame, but hey — no one wants to deal with any kind of fashion blunder, no matter how minimal it is! Can we get an amen?!
1. When her skirt flew up in front of thousands — When Marilyn Monroe’s dress flew up, it was iconic. But when the same thing happened to Tay while she was performing “You Belong With Me” in Missouri back in 2011 it was, well, pretty freakin’ embarrassing! Luckily, the then-21-year-old singer was wearing nude-colored shorts so the audience didn’t technically see anything too inapprops, but still — that’s kinda our worst nightmare!

2. When she had a nip slip on the red carpet — As we’ve seen in the past, turning to the side while wearing a strapless dress is pretty dangerous. Unfortunately, Taylor learned this lesson the hard way when her 2009 ACM Awards gown gapped a bit too much and gave photogs a clear shot of her breasts.

3. When she had another slip up on the red carpet — AGAIN with the turning issues! As you can see, Taylor’s eggplant-colored Golden Globes 2013 dress was GORG, but the thin material left very little to the imagination. When the “Shake It Off” singer went to show off the gown’s plunging back, people got a peek of her stick-on bra. Not that big of a deal, we know, but LBR — you’d probably prefer that people DON’T see your undergarments.

4. When a fan got a little too grabby — Taylor’s fans are 1000 percent dedicated, which means they can sometimes get a bit aggressive. So, when Tay made her way through the audience at the 2012 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Swifties obviously freaked out! One fans grabbed hold of the star’s dress and pulled a bit too hard, which made the strap unhook and fall completely down. Luckily, Taylor was wearing a sequined shirt underneath the tank and kept going on with her performance as if nothing was wrong. You know what they say — the show must go on!
